EMR takes care of managing the entire building and apartments, taking care of the entire booking process, including assisting guests on-site. Each apartment is equipped with a premium furniture package. We determine rental prices based on factors such as the size of the apartment, the season, and the competition.

What is included in the price
The apartments are sold fully furnished. By purchasing an apartment, you acquire the right to benefits when using the hotel’s facilities. Ski storage in the ski room is free for apartment owners for the next two years from the date of purchase.

All apartments are equipped with built-in and freestanding furniture, appliances, and small inventory according to the specification available for viewing during the apartment presentation.

EMR has a total of 76 garage spaces in the basement, 32 garage spaces in phase I, and 44 in phase II.
